Our genuine leather leashes are handcrafted in the USA and come with a lifetime warranty, however, as with all leather products there limitations on the warranty. See below exemptions as the warranty will not be honored if any of the below exists.

1. Wear and Tear: Regular use over time causing natural aging, such as patina, scuffs, or creases, is usually not covered.
2. Neglect or Misuse: Damage from improper care, exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., sunlight, heat, moisture), or intentional misuse is excluded.
3. Improper Cleaning: Using inappropriate cleaning methods or products that harm the leather will typically void the warranty.
4. Third-Party Alterations: Repairs or modifications by unauthorized service providers may be exempt.
5. Accidental Damage: Issues like dog chewing the leash, cuts, burns, or stains caused by the owner or external factors are generally not included.
